What To Expect

Join us for Feeding Together, a free monthly community support group designed for families navigating infant feeding.

Held on the first Thursday of every month from 12:30 PM–1:30 PM, this welcoming group provides a space to ask questions, connect with others, and receive expert guidance.

Led by lactation professionals, support is available for all feeding journeys, including breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combination feeding, and more. Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or adjusting to feeding changes, you'll receive evidence-based information and compassionate support.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, but drop-ins will be accomodated.

Come as you are—every feeding journey is welcome here.

Please bring everything you need to feed comfortably (feeding pillows, bottles, pumps etc.)
