At her Lafayette brick-and-mortar location, Ajeet offers a range of holistic bodywork and wellness services, including the Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy for reproductive and digestive health, Feldenkrais® for Babies and Children to support natural movement and development, as well as Marma Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, and other therapeutic modalities.
As a Full Spectrum Doula, Ajeet also provides mobile massage during early labor. Every doula package includes a Maya Abdominal Massage session, empowering women with tools and education to support fertility, uterine health, and overall well-being.

Her supportive eight-week program is designed specifically for this stage of life, offering tools for communication, teamwork, and emotional closeness. In addition to individual and couples sessions, she has created engaging workshops that foster connection and growth, which she would be thrilled to offer you.

Jillian provides psychotherapy for moms - and is certified in perinatal mental health. Beyond the perinatal period, she is an advocate of maternal mental health and see mothers with kids of any age. She commonly works with anxiety, processing birth experiences, and identity shifts.

Pelvic Floor PT
Natalie, founder of Empower Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy provides pelvic floor physical therapy services to women physically navigating ANY phase of life. This most commonly includes women in the prenatal, pregnancy, or postpartum phases, as well as moms with older kids struggling with chronic pain. She helps moms manage pain (pelvic pain and full body) as well as bladder, bowel and digestive changes (commonly leakage, constipation, and acid reflux).
