Holding It All: Early Postpartum Support Group
In the early days of parenting, everything changes.
And not all of it is easy to talk about.
Led by a psychologist, Holding It All is a small, process based support group for caregivers in the early postpartum stage. It offers a warm, contained space to slow down, reflect, and talk openly about what this time is really like, including the changes that come with a new baby and the ways identity, relationships, and daily life can shift, alongside others who are in a similar place.
Parents come with their babies, and feeding, soothing, and caregiving are simply part of the rhythm of the group.
Sessions will be held on Wednesdays 10:30-11:45AM
Group offered at $180 for the 4 week series and will be capped at 8 members. Ideal for 0-4 months postpartum.
Next Group: Wednesday March 4th
