What To Expect

Join us for Feeding Together, a free monthly community support group designed for families navigating infant feeding. Held on the first Thursday of every month from 12:30 PM–1:30 PM, this welcoming group provides a space to ask questions, connect with others, and receive expert guidance.

Led by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), support is available for all feeding journeys, including breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combination feeding, and more. Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or adjusting to feeding changes, you'll receive evidence-based information and compassionate support tailored to your family's needs.

Pre-registration is required, as group size is limited to ensure personalized support and meaningful discussion.

Because every feeding journey is unique, this group is open to and supportive of every family.

Each meet-up includes a short educational topic, open Q&A, hands-on positioning help, and optional weighted feeds to assess milk transfer for breastfeeding families. Bottle-feeding moms can receive support with bottle techniques, paced feeding, flow rates, and feeding transitions. Come as you are—every feeding journey is welcome here. Please bring everything you need to feed (feeding pillows, bottles, pumps etc.)
