A fun, full-body strength class designed for moms who want to move, lift, and feel their best—without needing childcare. Bring your little ones of any age and enjoy a supportive space where kids can play nearby while you focus on building strength, core stability, and confidence. This class blends functional training, resistance work, and mobility to help you feel strong from the inside out. Perfect for all fitness levels and all seasons of motherhood. (Tip: pack a bag with some snacks and activities for your little one!)
