Labor Skills Workshop
Open to the pregnant person and her primary Birth Partner, an all level 2-hour workshop to help prepare for labor and birth.
Prenatal Partners Cohort
Prenatal Partners Cohort
Preparing your partnership—not just your nursery—for the postpartum transition.
Because the early months after birth aren’t just about feeding schedules and swaddles—they’re about navigating massive change together.
Over five weeks, we’ll dig into the real stuff that doesn’t always make it into birth classes: communication, identity shifts, expectations, intimacy, support systems, and how to stay connected when everything around you is changing.
Led by Ashley + Rob—parents of seven and partners in the messy, magical middle of family life—this small-group experience blends real talk, shared laughter, and honest reflection. You’ll leave feeling less overwhelmed, more equipped, and more aligned as a team for what’s ahead.
Each week brings a fresh conversation topic and space to connect with other couples walking the same path.
Five weeks. Two facilitators. Countless “oh, us too” moments.
Let’s get ready for what really matters—your partnership.
Music Together
The essential Music Together class, one that a child can attend from birth through age five—and through all nine song collections. This basic class follows the recommendations of child development researchers, grouping children of a variety of ages in one class. This approach fosters natural, family-style learning where younger children enjoy watching and imitating older ones; older children learn by leading younger ones; and adults are happy because the children in the family can go to class together.
Each child participates at his or her own developmental level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, observing, or exploring musical instruments. We welcome the whole family to join in this important family music experience, and any caregiver—parents, grandparents, nanny—can bring the child(ren) to class.
Each semester includes:
10 weekly 45-minute classes teaching a new song collection every fall, winter and spring.
New CD and MP3 download each semester with the songs, rhythm chantes, "play-alongs," tonal and rhythm patterns used in class.
Beautifully illustrated songbook with family activities to enjoy at home.

Infant Massage (Series)
Our classes are cue-based and baby-driven. Parents/Caregivers are encouraged to respond to the individual needs of their babies. The classes are warm and relaxing, allowing individual baby’s needs to be considered and the small class sizes and structured once-a-week format allows the time and space to learn from each others’ knowledge and experiences.
Best taken when your baby is pre-crawling, newborn to about eight months, depending on your child’s development. The atmosphere of the class allows for diaper changes, feeding, and any other needs you and your baby may have.
Age for class: Pre-crawling babies recommended
Classes are offered in 4 week series for $100.
