3 Day Immersive Birth course

For parents who want more than just information—who want to step into birth with confidence, trust, and deep connection.

Birth isn’t something you endure. It’s something you move through with power, presence, and trust in yourself.

But let’s be real—most birth education is all about what might happen to you. This workshop is about who you already are and how to harness your two greatest superpowers:

Your intuition—that deep, inner knowing that guides you when you trust it. "No one knows what is best for you and your family more than you!"
Your ability to regulate your nervous system—the key to moving through labor (and parenting) with clarity instead of fear.
