Restorative Breath work & Sound Healing
A deeply relaxing and meditative breathwork and sound healing session designed to restore your mind, body, and spirit. This 60-minute experience guides you into a state of deep rest using gentle breathwork, followed by soothing sound vibrations to promote nervous system regulation, inner calm, and emotional release. Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and renewed.
Music Together
The essential Music Together class, one that a child can attend from birth through age five—and through all nine song collections. This basic class follows the recommendations of child development researchers, grouping children of a variety of ages in one class. This approach fosters natural, family-style learning where younger children enjoy watching and imitating older ones; older children learn by leading younger ones; and adults are happy because the children in the family can go to class together.
Each child participates at his or her own developmental level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, observing, or exploring musical instruments. We welcome the whole family to join in this important family music experience, and any caregiver—parents, grandparents, nanny—can bring the child(ren) to class.
Each semester includes:
10 weekly 45-minute classes teaching a new song collection every fall, winter and spring.
New CD and MP3 download each semester with the songs, rhythm chantes, "play-alongs," tonal and rhythm patterns used in class.
Beautifully illustrated songbook with family activities to enjoy at home.
Infant Massage (Series)
Our classes are cue-based and baby-driven. Parents/Caregivers are encouraged to respond to the individual needs of their babies. The classes are warm and relaxing, allowing individual baby’s needs to be considered and the small class sizes and structured once-a-week format allows the time and space to learn from each others’ knowledge and experiences.
Best taken when your baby is pre-crawling, newborn to about eight months, depending on your child’s development. The atmosphere of the class allows for diaper changes, feeding, and any other needs you and your baby may have.

Restorative TRE & Deep Rest Yoga

Step into deep self-care with this nourishing class designed especially for postpartum parents and those navigating life transitions. Restorative TRE® & Deep Rest combines gentle movement, trauma-releasing exercises, and nervous system repair to support your healing after birth and beyond.
Through a blend of soft breathwork, restorative yoga, Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®), and deep rest accompanied by healing sound instruments, this class invites the body to gently unwind from the tensions of daily life, birth recovery, and emotional overwhelm. While the joys of parenthood are real, so are the demands—this is your time to reset.

Prenatal Yoga
Support your body, calm your mind, and connect with your baby through every stage of pregnancy in our nurturing Prenatal Yoga class. Our experienced instructors guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation tailored to your changing body—creating space for both physical well-being and emotional connection. Labor 101
In your Labor 101 class, the atmosphere is one of empowerment, education, and support, providing expectant parents with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate the childbirth process with confidence.
The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including:
*Understanding the stages of labor and what to expect during each phase, including physical sensations and emotional changes.
*Preparing for labor, communicating birth preferences and pain management options.
*When to call for help when your less than 20 weeks along.
*When to go to the hospital after 20 weeks along.
*Interventions and Unexpected Outcomes: Participants are educated about common interventions and procedures that may arise during labor and delivery, such as inductions, fetal monitoring, assisted delivery (e.g., forceps or vacuum extraction), and cesarean sections. They learn about the reasons these interventions may be recommended, as well as their potential benefits, risks, and alternatives.
Throughout the class, there is ample opportunity for participants to ask questions, share their concerns, and engage in group discussions. The atmosphere is nonjudgmental, supportive, and inclusive, with a focus on empowering participants to make informed decisions that align with their individual preferences and values.
Class $225 and 2.5 hrs long offered 1x a month.

The HypnoBirthing® program is a comprehensive educational process that includes special breathing, relaxation, visualization, meditative practice, attention to nutrition and positive body toning.
HypnoBirthing® – The Mongan Method, will teach you how to access your inner birthing instincts and trust in your body’s ability to birth. You will learn HypnoBirthing techniques, including affirmation, massage, visualization, breathing patterns, deep relaxation, and self-hypnosis.

Becoming a dad is life-changing—but there aren’t many places where men can talk honestly about what that’s really like. This group was made for you.
Our Postpartum Dads Group is a 4-week gathering for fathers of babies 0–6 months. It’s casual, supportive, and centered around connection—with your baby, and with other dads figuring it out too.
Each week has a light, dad-focused theme to guide the conversation (think: adjusting to new routines, building confidence, staying connected with your partner), but the vibe is laid-back and real. We’ll hang out, talk if you want to, and give your baby a chance to play, snuggle, or snooze nearby.
Whether you’re looking for tips, community, or just a reason to get out of the house with your baby, this group is a great place to start.

Non-Certification Course
This hands-on, interactive class is designed for parents, caregivers, and anyone responsible for the well-being of children and infants. In a supportive and non-intimidating environment, you'll learn the essential lifesaving techniques to respond in the event of an emergency, including CPR for infants and children and how to assist a choking child.
Course Highlights:
CPR for Infants & Children: Learn the vital steps to perform chest compressions and rescue breaths effectively and safely.
Choking Response: Understand how to recognize and respond to choking in infants and children.
Interactive Demonstrations: Hands-on practice with mannequins and scenarios to build your skills and comfort level.
Non-Certification: While this class does not provide a certification, it’s designed to equip you with practical, life-saving knowledge for emergencies.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through each skill, answering questions and offering personalized support. By the end of the class, you’ll feel more confident and prepared to handle critical situations involving children or infants.
Whether you're a new parent, grandparent, or caregiver, this class will provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing you're ready to act in an emergency.

Each child participates at his or her own developmental level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, observing, or exploring musical instruments. Child & Infant CPR Workshop
Non-Certification Course
This hands-on, interactive class is designed for parents, caregivers, and anyone responsible for the well-being of children and infants. In a supportive and non-intimidating environment, you'll learn the essential lifesaving techniques to respond in the event of an emergency, including CPR for infants and children and how to assist a choking child.
Course Highlights:
CPR for Infants & Children: Learn the vital steps to perform chest compressions and rescue breaths effectively and safely.
Choking Response: Understand how to recognize and respond to choking in infants and children.
Interactive Demonstrations: Hands-on practice with mannequins and scenarios to build your skills and comfort level.
Non-Certification: While this class does not provide a certification, it’s designed to equip you with practical, life-saving knowledge for emergencies.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through each skill, answering questions and offering personalized support. By the end of the class, you’ll feel more confident and prepared to handle critical situations involving children or infants.

Labor 101
In your Labor 101 class, the atmosphere is one of empowerment, education, and support, providing expectant parents with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate the childbirth process with confidence.
The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including:
*Understanding the stages of labor and what to expect during each phase, including physical sensations and emotional changes.
*Preparing for labor, communicating birth preferences and pain management options.
*When to call for help when your less than 20 weeks along.
*When to go to the hospital after 20 weeks along.
*Interventions and Unexpected Outcomes: Participants are educated about common interventions and procedures that may arise during labor and delivery, such as inductions, fetal monitoring, assisted delivery (e.g., forceps or vacuum extraction), and cesarean sections. They learn about the reasons these interventions may be recommended, as well as their potential benefits, risks, and alternatives.
Throughout the class, there is ample opportunity for participants to ask questions, share their concerns, and engage in group discussions. The atmosphere is nonjudgmental, supportive, and inclusive, with a focus on empowering participants to make informed decisions that align with their individual preferences and values.

Music Together
The essential Music Together class, one that a child can attend from birth through age five—and through all nine song collections. This basic class follows the recommendations of child development researchers, grouping children of a variety of ages in one class. This approach fosters natural, family-style learning where younger children enjoy watching and imitating older ones; older children learn by leading younger ones; and adults are happy because the children in the family can go to class together.
Each child participates at his or her own developmental level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, observing, or exploring musical instruments. We welcome the whole family to join in this important family music experience, and any caregiver—parents, grandparents, nanny—can bring the child(ren) to class.
Each semester includes:
10 weekly 45-minute classes teaching a new song collection every fall, winter and spring.
New CD and MP3 download each semester with the songs, rhythm chantes, "play-alongs," tonal and rhythm patterns used in class.
Beautifully illustrated songbook with family activities to enjoy at home.

Restorative TRE & Deep Rest Yoga

Step into deep self-care with this nourishing class designed especially for postpartum parents and those navigating life transitions. Restorative TRE® & Deep Rest combines gentle movement, trauma-releasing exercises, and nervous system repair to support your healing after birth and beyond.
Through a blend of soft breathwork, restorative yoga, Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®), and deep rest accompanied by healing sound instruments, this class invites the body to gently unwind from the tensions of daily life, birth recovery, and emotional overwhelm. This hands-on, interactive class is designed for parents, caregivers, and anyone responsible for the well-being of children and infants. In a supportive and non-intimidating environment, you'll learn the essential lifesaving techniques to respond in the event of an emergency, including CPR for infants and children and how to assist a choking child.
Course Highlights:
CPR for Infants & Children: Learn the vital steps to perform chest compressions and rescue breaths effectively and safely.
Choking Response: Understand how to recognize and respond to choking in infants and children.
Interactive Demonstrations: Hands-on practice with mannequins and scenarios to build your skills and comfort level.
Non-Certification: While this class does not provide a certification, it’s designed to equip you with practical, life-saving knowledge for emergencies.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through each skill, answering questions and offering personalized support. By the end of the class, you’ll feel more confident and prepared to handle critical situations involving children or infants.

Our Postpartum Dads Group is a 4-week gathering for fathers of babies 0–6 months. It’s casual, supportive, and centered around connection—with your baby, and with other dads figuring it out too.
Each week has a light, dad-focused theme to guide the conversation (think: adjusting to new routines, building confidence, staying connected with your partner), but the vibe is laid-back and real. We’ll hang out, talk if you want to, and give your baby a chance to play, snuggle, or snooze nearby.
Whether you’re looking for tips, community, or just a reason to get out of the house with your baby, this group is a great place to start.

Becoming a dad is life-changing—but there aren’t many places where men can talk honestly about what that’s really like. This group was made for you.
Our Postpartum Dads Group is a 4-week gathering for fathers of babies 0–6 months. It’s casual, supportive, and centered around connection—with your baby, and with other dads figuring it out too.
Each week has a light, dad-focused theme to guide the conversation (think: adjusting to new routines, building confidence, staying connected with your partner), but the vibe is laid-back and real. We’ll hang out, talk if you want to, and give your baby a chance to play, snuggle, or snooze nearby.
Whether you’re looking for tips, community, or just a reason to get out of the house with your baby, this group is a great place to start.

Child & Infant CPR Workshop
Non-Certification Course
This hands-on, interactive class is designed for parents, caregivers, and anyone responsible for the well-being of children and infants. In a supportive and non-intimidating environment, you'll learn the essential lifesaving techniques to respond in the event of an emergency, including CPR for infants and children and how to assist a choking child.
Course Highlights:
CPR for Infants & Children: Learn the vital steps to perform chest compressions and rescue breaths effectively and safely.
Choking Response: Understand how to recognize and respond to choking in infants and children.
Interactive Demonstrations: Hands-on practice with mannequins and scenarios to build your skills and comfort level.
Non-Certification: While this class does not provide a certification, it’s designed to equip you with practical, life-saving knowledge for emergencies.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through each skill, answering questions and offering personalized support. By the end of the class, you’ll feel more confident and prepared to handle critical situations involving children or infants.
Whether you're a new parent, grandparent, or caregiver, this class will provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing you're ready to act in an emergency.
