Lets Talk About Sleep
with Lauren Locke, Holistic Sleep Coach, Occupational Therapist, and co-owner of Little Seeds.
Don’t want to sleep train? You don’t have to.
Sleep is developmental and biological—not something that needs to be fixed. And just like every baby is unique, so is their sleep. That’s why one-size-fits-all advice often falls flat.
There’s so much that shapes sleep: temperament, routines, nutrition, medical issues, environment—and sleep training doesn’t touch most of it.
Join Lauren Locke, Holistic Sleep Coach, Occupational Therapist, and co-owner of Little Seeds, for a casual coffee chat. This isn’t a class or a lecture—it’s a cozy, no-pressure space to ask questions, hear from other parents, and feel seen and supported in your choice to follow a more connected, responsive path.

Gut Health and Childhood Illnesses
with Dr. Kara Rangel, local perinatal, postpartum and pediatric chiropractor
A healthy gut microbiome plays a crucial role in a child's immune system, meaning a disruptive gut balance can significantly increase the risk of various childhood illnesses, including allergies, asthma, eczema, respiratory infections and even certain developmental issues (Autism/ADHD), as the gut is considered the "second brain" due to its connection with the nervous system. A healthy gut can help prevent and fight off infections while an unhealthy gut can make a child more susceptible to illness. For the first hour, Dr. Kara will help you learn about the gut microbiome and understand how an imbalance in the gut can be contributing to your child's symptoms, will discuss gut health testing and what interrupting the results & action plan would look like. The last 30 minutes of class will be left for personal questions and answers.
