What to Expect

Holding It All: Early Postpartum Support Group

The early days of parenting can feel like a blur of feedings, emotions, identity shifts, and questions no one prepared you for.

You can be deeply in love with your baby and also exhausted.
Grateful and overwhelmed.
Connected and lonely at the same time.

If you’ve found yourself thinking,
“Is it just me?”
It’s not.

Holding It All is a small, process based group to support mothers in the early postpartum stage. It offers a warm, contained space to slow down, reflect, and process what this stage brings, including shifts in identity, relationships, and daily life, alongside others who are in a similar place.

Mothers attend with their babies. Feeding, soothing, and caregiving are part of the rhythm of the group.
