Blossoms Group
(7-12 month olds)
At Little Seeds, we’re here to support you and your baby as they enter the exciting stage of growth and exploration. Our weekly in-person cohort sessions are designed for babies aged 7-12 months, offering a wonderful opportunity to bond with your little one while navigating their new developmental milestones.
Each week, we dive into a different topic, focusing on the key milestones of this stage—such as crawling, early language development, and social engagement. Our sessions offer guidance on nurturing your baby's expanding skills and provide activities that encourage motor, cognitive, and emotional growth.
Join us to create meaningful moments with your baby, connect with other moms in the same stage, and build a strong foundation for your baby’s development in a supportive, fun, and educational environment.
Our Postpartum Cohort groups are designed to provide supportive space for moms and their little ones to connect, learn, and grow together during your baby’s first year of life.
Each session is 8 weeks long and will meet weekly for 60 minutes. These sessions are a chance for you to bond with your little one, grow in community with other moms in similar parenting stages, and create meaningful memories and lasting relationships. There will be a general consistency to each meeting and across all groups, which will include:
- Welcome and Introductions: introducing mama and baby to the group
- Celebrations and Challenges: an opportunity to share and listen to each mother’s celebration and challenge for the previous week
- Songs: to promote bonding and development
- Weekly Topic Discussion relevant to the specific age group and/or parenting
- Goodbyes - Our Blossoms group is geared towards babies 7-12 months old. Topics may include: - 7–12 Months: Exploration + Expansion - Busy babies, bigger emotions, and growing independence—for both of you. - Mobile Babies: Safety, Boundaries + Responsive Parenting
