Session 1 – Welcome & Connection

Introductions: Who you are + your pregnancy journey so far
“What does a village mean to you?”
Ground rules + group intentions
Activities: Icebreakers, journaling, partner-pair chats
Goal: Lay foundation for safe, supportive space
Session 2 – Body Changes & Self-Care
Theme: Honoring your body and mind
Topics:
Physical & emotional changes in 2nd–3rd trimester
Nutrition, sleep, movement, and mental wellness
Activities: Self-care mapping, group sharing
Goal: Normalize experiences and share coping strategies
Session 3 – Relationships & Boundaries
Theme: Communicating needs during pregnancy
Topics:
Navigating changing roles with partners, family, friends
Setting boundaries
Activities: Role play or boundary-setting worksheet
Goal: Empower moms to advocate for themselves
Session 4 – Planning for Birth
Theme: Confidence, options, and support

Birth planning: choices, preferences, fears
Understanding the role of a birth support team
Activities: Birth vision board, share birth hopes
Goal: Reduce fear through shared knowledge

Bonding and tuning into baby cues
