Prenatal Yoga

Support your body, calm your mind, and connect with your baby through every stage of pregnancy in our nurturing Prenatal Yoga class. Designed specifically for expectant mothers, this gentle practice focuses on safe, effective poses to ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength for labor, and promote relaxation and resilience.

Our experienced instructors guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation tailored to your changing body—creating space for both physical well-being and emotional connection. We’ll close with a long, deeply restorative guided rest, supported by healing sound instruments to soothe the nervous system and nourish your whole being.

What to Expect:

  • Safe yoga postures for all trimesters

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques for labor preparation

  • Gentle stretching to ease back pain, tension, and fatigue

  • Space to connect with other expecting parents

  • No previous yoga experience needed

Come as you are—no flexibility required, just a willingness to move, breathe, and be present.
