This supportive class blends calming yoga postures, mindful breathing, and core-strengthening movements to help restore your body after birth—all while engaging with your baby through touch, movement, and song.

Whether you're easing back into fitness or simply looking for a welcoming community of new moms, this class offers a safe, nurturing space to move, connect, and grow—together.
