Your body is strong—and with the right guidance, it can heal and rebuild after birth. Our Postpartum Recovery & Strength Class is designed to help you restore your core, rebuild stability, and gain lasting strength in a safe, supportive environment.

In this class, you’ll focus on:

  • Core and pelvic floor strength to prevent issues like diastasis recti, prolapse, and back pain

  • Progressive, functional movements that support lifting, carrying, and the daily demands of motherhood

  • Postural and mobility training to ease tension and improve alignment

  • Safe return to exercise so you can feel confident in your body again

Led by Dr. Kara Rangel, DC, IBCLC, this class blends chiropractic and postpartum expertise with evidence-based strength training strategies—helping you move beyond recovery into resilience.
